Breakfast: *cup of oatmeal, *cup of coffee
Lunch: *Iron Girl nutrition bar
Snack: *I caved and bought a Dunkin Donuts coffee
Dinner: *Bowl of homemade chili
(low sodium V8 juice, no salt kindney beans, no salt
black beans, ground turkey, no salt tomatoes, spices)
small handful of sharp cheddar cheese
Snack: *apple
WATER INTAKE: 80oz water
EXERCISE:
Crossfit: 50 burpees & 100 thrusters
Thought for the day:
Today was hard for I had to actually keep track of what I ate which actually made me eat less!
